For an In-Process Quality Assurance Check (IPQAC), KAW/USA now uses Enterprise 3000 by VALOR, which enables us to SIMULATE MANUFACTURABILITY.

Within the capabilities of Enterprise 3000 is a highly developed vertically integrated set of engineering and manufacturing tools. This field-proven modular pre-production solution is designed with the objective to check and audit the design thoroughly after placement and routing. The Enterprise 3000 saves companies tremendous amounts of time and cost.



WITH THE ADDITION OF ENTERPRISE 3000, KAW/USA'S PCB DESIGN PROCESS INCORPORATES THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES TO ENSURE DESIGN QUALITY:

Works in conjunction with Cadence Allegro and Mentor Board Station. Complete functionality to automatically recognize the EDA database with virtually no user interaction.

ENTERPRISE 3000 accommodates over 200 manufacturing rules checks. The EDA Data Viewer provides for the complete display of the CAD data entities. As the ENTERPRISE 3000 system locates manufacturing issues, a corresponding window in Cadence Allegro or Mentor Board Station automatically zooms into the same area and same layer display for easy adjustment.
